Dr. Towers has worked across a wide range of clinical settings in Los Angeles and Ventura counties, including substance use treatment programs, university counseling centers, community mental health centers, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, and private practice.

She joined Seasons in Malibu in 2020 as a Primary Therapist and later served as Program Director for Mental Health at Beach Cottage at Seasons before becoming Clinical Director in 2024. In her current role, she oversees clinical services and supports the development and professional growth of the clinical team, with an emphasis on evidence-based, holistic, and trauma-informed care.

Dr. Towers also maintains a private clinical and forensic psychology practice, providing psychotherapy to adolescents and adults as well as couples and families. Her professional work has also included psychoeducational presentations, clinical consultation, expert-witness services, and consultation with attorneys in civil and criminal matters.
