    TL;DR:

Spiritual counselor Audrey Hope explains why client resistance and fear around “spiritual counseling” actually energizes her work. She views skeptical clients as her biggest successes because they experience the most profound transformation when they discover healing beyond traditional therapy approaches.

    About Audrey Hope:

Audrey Hope is a Spiritual Intuitive Healer and Addiction Expert who harnesses her gifts of finely-tuned perception and healing in transformative work with clients worldwide. She served for eight years as Director of Spiritual Counseling at a popular rehab center in Malibu, where her revolutionary techniques helped people from all walks of life achieve profound personal transformation.

Audrey’s Spiritual Counseling transcends the boundaries of traditional therapy with its mind-focused approach, helping clients reach the deeper soul where true healing happens. Her goal is to help each client achieve full transformation in the physical, emotional, and spiritual body. As she explains, “One must work with an alchemist, one who knows how to go down into the cave with you and solve the riddle of the soul, at the ‘root of the root of the root.’ When you unlock the keys, transformation is possible, and life becomes a miracle of free creation.”

    Video Transcript:

As a spiritual soul psychic therapist healer, I get a lot of resistance. I get a lot of – they get afraid almost from hearing “spiritual counseling.” It’s not a “come to Jesus” moment, um, so I really like the challenge. I really welcome it because, again, it’s my passion to get people into free thinking and to free the soul from all of the scorecards and programming that we’ve had as kids that we don’t even realize that we’re holding. So I love when someone comes in and doesn’t really like me, is afraid, because I’ll rise to the challenge and sometimes they will be my best client because they’ll realize, “Oh my god, this isn’t anything I’ve ever experienced before, this is something new. And I really get to fall in love with myself and really get to have, you know, inner peace. Wow, I never even realized it was possible because I was an addict and I had trauma.” So I just welcome it – it’s usual, it’s another day in the park for me.

    Key Insights:

This video highlights several important aspects of spiritual healing work. Audrey emphasizes that spiritual counseling is not about religious conversion but rather about freeing individuals from unconscious childhood programming and societal “scorecards” that limit their potential. The resistance clients initially feel often stems from misconceptions about what spiritual work entails.

The transformation Audrey describes – where skeptical clients become her most successful cases – illustrates how breakthrough healing often occurs when people move beyond their comfort zones. Her approach helps clients discover self-love and inner peace they never thought possible, particularly those dealing with addiction and trauma.

    Reflection Questions:

    • What resistance have you noticed in your own healing journey?
    • How might childhood programming or societal expectations be limiting your personal growth?
    • What would it feel like to experience the kind of inner peace and self-love Audrey describes?
