First, I would like to say thank you for allowing me to apply for the scholarship. I always wanted to be someone that helps the Organization to find the new way of working with the respect of its original vision and mission. I have been studying and working my whole life, but life throws little challenges that made it more challenging to reach my goal. However, organizations like yours provide new hope to students like me and inspire us to keep moving forward. I have completed my master’s with the University of the Incarnate Word with a major in Organizational Development. English is my second language, so that was the difficult way to keep moving towards my goal, but my respected professors and classmates helped me achieve my degree.
I think the Organizational Leadership course will help me to understand the Organization and its critical operations. Critical operations include employee benefits and laws, motivation programs, Adult educational programs, organizational challenges, and solutions. The program also provides a significant amount of information that helps the Organization to implement new processes and how leadership can overcome the difficulties with the change process. New ways of working are the bitter truth of today’s global market where every company is trying new things, and competition is the biggest fear that put any company on the edge of the failure.
In conclusion, this program is a dream of mine and puts Dr. in front of my name. However, my goal is to see my self somewhere where my decision-making makes me proud, and it will positively impact many lives. I want to use my education to make work a better place where an employee can share their thoughts and ideas. I strongly believe that employee is the first resource that a company has it. The satisfied workforce is the reason that the company reaches to new height of success. This scholarship will help me to stay focused on my classes and careers. Thank you for taking the time to read my request.
