Stop Vaping

Vaping has become the trend for most of the youth around the world this has significantly made them so addicted and not even considering the
effect of the substance that they are consuming.

Most of the vapes contain nicotine which is very addictive and the
more you consume this, you brain and body starts getting used to
having nicotine , the hard it is to stop using it and so this means
that when you want to quit you will have nicotine withdrawal
symptoms. Going without vaping leads to the nicotine level in your
bloodstream to drop, and this may cause unpleasant feelings, physical
symptoms, and strong urges to vape. This is what many may call
nicotine addiction.

Now the biggest problem comes when one want to completely quick vaping
and starts getting some symptoms, this is what is called nicotine
withdrawal symptoms, these symptoms include Feeling irritable,
restless, or jittery, having headaches, increased sweating, feeling
sad or down, feeling anxious, feeling tired or groggy, having trouble
thinking clearly or concentrating, having trouble sleeping, feeling
hungry, having intense cravings for e-cigarettes. Even though even
one handles quitting vape in a different way it is important to
persist and hold on.

Some of the ways to stay vape free is, talk to your doctor about you
wanting to quit vape. Be sure to ask how they can help you manage
your withdrawal symptoms. Drinking allot of water throughout the day.
Because it can help you ease the nicotine withdrawal symptoms such as
headaches, sweating, hunger, and fatigue. Drinking water can also
help reduce cravings. When quitting, it is very common to feel tired
or groggy, or having problems sleeping at night. Sleep should be a
priority. Have a consistent sleep schedule and practice good sleep
habits turn off screens at least an hour before bed, and don’t
sleep with your phone in your bedroom. Getting exercise during the
day can also help you relax and feel sleepier at night.

Eating healthy, like snacks in form of carrots or nut because when
quitting you may feel hungry. And this is where we
as a society come in form of giving support to our fellow friend
trying to quit we have to support help them keep away from other
items too like cigarettes
